Pikachu EX bug

Pikachu EX's Circle Ciruit attack says that it deals 30x with x being the amount of benched pokemon your opponent has. This works correctly for 3 benched pokemon dealing 90 damage. However, for 1 benched pokemon it also deals 90 damage.

This happened with the 2nd rarest version (not the gold card). I'm unsure if the other versions are the same and currently cannot test.

Not a bug… you must read the card again: "This attack does 30 damage for each of your Benched Lightning Pokemon".

It's 30x for each of your benched Pokemon and they must be Lightning type.

While I can confirm benched pokemon must be Lightning type to count (use of Circle Circuit with Jigglypuff + Helioptile on bench has done 30 damage consistently), this is not part of the card text.

Further, I cannot find a single instance of the ability that specifies type, in TCGP or elsewhere. I think perhaps you must read the card again (:

This is a bug regardless. Either the text or the ability are incorrect.

What are you talking about? Not a bug at all just read the card. It is doing exactly what it reads...

With Jigglypuff and Helioptile (one Lightning benched Pokemon) on your bench means your Pikachu Circle Circuit will do 30 damage…

    Pikachu Circle Circuit attack reads:

"This attack does 30 damage for each of your Benched Lightning Pokémon".
