Suspected Cheater Freezing Match on Final KO
I'm currently in a match with a player and as I took the final KO the game locked up.
My opponent emoted a few times after the game was obviously bugged out, and I was not given a prompt to take the final prize card, with his KO'd minion stuck in the part of the animation where it is turned at an angle but before the energy and tool are discarded. The stadium is still animated and the music is still playing. More concerningly for me, since I just won the match, my turn timer has been steadily ticking down for the last 8 minutes, and I only have 7 minutes left. I assume when it runs out then the game will decide that I have lost by default and my opponent will have successfully cheated out a win.
Where and how do I report players for this behaviour, and is there any way to fix this exploit (which I have encountered several times in the last fortnight) or is this just a normal part of the game now for players to cheat out wins on the ladder?
I can't post the screenshot because the system says there is a permission problem.

I was playing with my mega Lucario deck and I used the one fighting Pokémon to boss up the iron hands ex and hit for 100 damage on it. Opponent had no way to retreat at all and the bench pokemon was the teal mask orgerpon and 1 other pokemon. No tool cards attached no latias ex at all on his benches no energy on iron hands ex at all and when it came his turn he did not even play no switch penny or professor turo at all and he just retreated iron hands ex without doing no discard energy or anything.
The. I saw his blissey ex he moved up no energy at all and he attacks and wiped out my lurcaio in my active.
So how is this so cause when that guy did that a 2nd time cheated I ended the game cause I do not tolerate cheating at all and I want this resolved to.
When I ended the game the battle log did not appear at all and it just went to the main page so I could not get the logs of what he did with iron hands but I know what I saw
