Unable to open app - black screens and crashes.

I'm having trouble literally opening the game lol. Had it preordered, so it automatically downloaded to my phone when it released on the App Store last night. I'm running IOS 18.1 on my iPhone 15 Pro. Whenever I try and open the game it displays a grey screen and crashes.

I've tried all the simple fixes: making sure I'm connected to wifi, turning my phone off and on, clearing out the currently running apps, making sure I have enough storage on my phone, and even uninstalling/reinstalling the app, both from the app store page and after offloading it. Still have the same issue.

From what I understand poking around places like Reddit, this issue is not uncommon. I've submitted a support ticket to the team, but haven't heard back from them. Is anyone else encountering the same or similar issues? Have you heard back from the support team? Any fixes that you know of? Perhaps a phone setting you turned off and it magically worked?

    I'm new to the game and Whenever I open a app and after getting the first boost pack the game just froze for no reason

    I am having the same issue as well. I did the preorder and it is not working. I have asked if that was the problem since i have who play the game fine and they are on iOS 18. Is it bc we have iOS 18.1 or bc of the preordering. i wish to find out the cause and hope the app runs today.

    Same issue here, I also tried the pre-order. Must have something to do with that. I’ve yet to be able to open the app and have tried all the simple fixes. Put in a support request, but haven’t heard back

    UPDATE: Found a fix. Make sure you have the game already downloaded. Then for iOS go into Settings>General>Language & Region, from here change your region from your home region to something else (e.g. I changed mine from the United States to the UK). This will temporality restart your phone and then switch it back to your home region, so I switched mine back to the US. Was able to open up the app and play normally after that.

    Redeye29. Thank you again so much. I deleted the app to see if it will work and it did. I was able to get past my biggest problem thanks to you. I would appreciate if we can be friends on discord and the tcg pocket. Discord name is rami0711. Thank you again soo much

    Almost worked. at least now i see the screen of the game but i am getting a different problem. That is a start. How do i by pass error 102-002-014?
