Hiding Energy + Temple of Sinnoh bug

I had an eternatus vmax with hiding energy and darkness energy. I played Temple of Sinnoh. I pressed retreat on my Eternatus vmax, the eternatus was moved to the side to select a new active pokemon but i was unable to select a new pokemon.

I played old cemetery on top of Sinnoh, and it still wouldn't let me retreat until the next turn.
