How does matchmaking work ?

Howdy;)

Me and my friend are playing for few weeks and we're very confused about the matchmaking we get.

We win some we lose some when we play solo and we almost exclusively lose when we play as a duo.

Is there something that makes the game harder if you're part of duo or are we just that unlucky ?

    it’s matchmaking

Basically instead of ballancing the teams out, they pull names out of a hat(so to speak)

When you play as a duo with your friend, the opponent team will also have a duo pair as well. I think maybe you can say that because many other people’s duo is genuinely played better as they are part for longer which means they developed teamwork and skills very much and you’ve only played for a few weeks. So I recommend you to play solo as for me I feel like it’s better for win rates (well I got 60%), unless you really have found a godly teammate :)
