Why isn't this a poll?
Miraidon looks so much better, and its design actually makes sense. It is a robot and it can actually use its wheels to move faster and turn into a bike.
Koraidon (and Cyclizar) looks so silly by contrast with its vestigial wheels. If anything, they just get in the way and inhibit movement. The design would be fine without them.

Preferrably, both are great!
One's an ancient pokemon from the past, and one's from the future! Each has their own unique design and the time they came from. :3
…But, if I had to pick. I'd pick for Miraidon. I really love having a rocket to ride around on if I'm being honest here. ^^0 -
They let Koraidon float in water, making it swim more easily iirc.
