Fez ex repeats with Star Chronos

I've discovered that Fezendipity ex will allow a player to draw 3 during the extra turn after using Star Chronos from Origin Forme Dialga VStar.

After meeting the condition of having a pokemon knocked out, fez will allow the turn player to draw 3 cards, then if the star chronos attack is used, Fez will allow the turn player draw 3 on the extra turn despite not having a pokemon knocked out the previous turn.
