Where are my packs?

I redeemed a bunch of codes and it all went through successfully but it’s not popping up on my game it only gave me 1 sun and moon pack and I claimed a lot more than that. So is there anything I can do to get them or am I just done for. Also I already tried to re-put them in but it said it was already redeemed.

If your redeemed packs aren’t showing up and re-entering the codes says they’re already redeemed, please submit a ticket to our support team to have this closely reviewed. You can do this by visiting support.pokemon.com, clicking on the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live link, and selecting "Contact Us." Our team will be happy to look into this for you!
