Still waiting on Nintendo for the Switch 2 but a Scarlet team I intend to use is the following. Note that Violet players can use it too. Edit: Added final member and reasoning. Ran out of time before I had to run out to do several errands.

    Meowscarada(Grass/Dark)
    Ability: Overgrow
    Nature: Adamant
Item: Choice Band Tera Type: Electric
Moveset: Flower Trick, Night Slash, Thunder Punch, Play Rough
    Oricorio(Baile Style; Flying/Fire)
    Ability: Dancer
    Nature: Modest
    Item: Wide Lense
    Tera Type: Rock
Moveset: Air Slash, Revelation Dance, Quiver Dance, Roost
    Gallade(Psychic/Fighting)
    Ability: Sharpness
    Nature: Adamant
    Item: Scope Lense
    Tera Type: Water
Moveset: Sacred Sword, Psycho Cut, Night Slash, Aqua Cutter
    Garchomp(Dragon/Ground)
    Ability: Sand Veil
    Nature: Jolly
    Item: Leftovers
    Tera Type: Steel
Moveset: Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Iron Head, Swords Dance
    Tinkaton(Fairy/Steel)
    Ability: Mold Breaker
    Nature: Adamant
    Item: Wide Lense
    Tera Type: Ground
Moveset: Gigaton Hammer, Play Rough, Tera Blast, Swords Dance Gengar(Ghost/Poison)
Ability: Cursed Body Nature: Modest Item: Choice Specs Tera Type: Ice Moveset: Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Tera Blast, Energy Ball

Team isn't generally meant for Competitive but rather a playthrough and one I think would do quite well in all stages of the game.

Ugh I swear I try to edit post above but its giving me issues. Had to run several errands so I submitted what I had thinking I could edit in the rest later. If anyone wants to edit the following in, I'd appreciate it. Basically, Tinkaton's final move would be Swords Dance to ensure its Tera Blast will be Attack as opposed to Special(for Intimidate or other Attack debuffs). Final member would be Gengar(Ghost/Poison) with Modest Nature, Choice Specs and a Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Tera Blast and Energy Ball moveset. Tera form for Gengar would be Ice since its the only Type(outside of Normal and Bug) not represented.

This team overall isn't remotely worthy of Competitive play but I think for a general playthrough, this would do really well as I see it. MVP of the team is probably going to be Gallade with honorable mention to Garchomp(Pseudo status helps) and Oricorio(only Flying type and ability to change forms is seriously underrated). Gengar can be too with Choice Specs… damn strong that item is despite the limitation. I did consider Tera Fairy with Dazzling Gleam for it but opted not to. Just wish it had its Levitate ability… ugh. Otherwise Electric Tera would be a given for it.

I have a 'dream team' in pokémon Violet… but it's a pipe dream, because they removed Absol.

Got another team and one that doesn't utilize a starter. Therefore, if I were to try this team in a playthrough, I'd have to breed my "starter" and transfer it over or get help via a friend. Anyways, here's the team that is similar to my last submitted team.

    Alolan Ninetales(Ice/Fairy)
    Ability: Snow Warning
    Nature: Modest
    Item: Light Clay
    Tera Type: Ice*
Moveset: Dazzling Gleam, Freeze Dry, Blizzard, Aurora Veil
    *Not recommended

    Oricorio(Sensu Style; Flying/Ghost)
    Ability: Dancer
Nature: Modest Item: Wide Lens Tera Type: Ground Moveset: Revelation Dance, Quiver Dance, Air Slash/Hurricane, Roost/Baton Pass Volcarona(Bug/Fire) Ability: Flame Body Nature: Modest Item: Heavy Duty Boots Tera Type: Water Moveset: Quiver Dance, Fiery Dance, Bug Buzz, Tera Blast Gallade(Psychic/Fighting)
Ability: Sharpness Nature: Adamant Item: Scope Lens Tera Type: Water Moveset: Sacred Sword, Psycho Cut, Night Slash, Aqua Cutter Garchomp(Dragon/Ground) Ability: Sand Veil Nature: Jolly Item: Leftovers Tera Type: Steel Moveset: Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Iron Head, Swords Dance Glimmora(Rock/Poison) Ability: Toxic Debris Nature: Timid Item: Focus Sash Tera Type: Grass Moveset: Power Gem, Sludge Bomb, Energy Ball, Stealth Rock

Alolan Ninetales takes on the role of starter and screen setter for the team and being a Scarlet exclusive, I'll have to xfer one over after breeding one in the postgame or ask for help from community at large for a baby Alolan Vulpix with ideally its Hidden Ability. Light Clay lengthens the duration of Aurora Veil while its Tera Type of Ice is to maximize both its Defense(via Snowstorm) and its Offense(x2 Ice). I recommend another Pokémon for Terastallization though since Ice can be taken down quite easily.

Oricorio is the weakest with respect to Base Stats but unlike the previous team I submitted, this team actually has a partner in crime for its Dancer Ability(which I'll get to shortly). Although it's secondary typing is determined by what "style" or form it's in, I opted to use Sensu or Flying/Ghost due to having 3 immunities(Normal, Fighting and Ground) and being a hard counter against both Ryme and Tulip. Its moveset is the same as last time with Wide Lens helping Air Slash/Hurricane hit more often. Only addition is that you can opt for Baton pass to pass along Quiver Dance buffs.

Volcarona is Oricorio's partner in crime and honestly, I should have used this pairing when it was staring me in the face. Volcarona, even as a Larvesta, crushes Grusha, Poppy and anything that Fire is strong against. On its own, it's a strong sweeper that only becomes stronger with Quiver Dance. Fiery Dance is not as strong as Flamethrower but the reason is solely for Oricorio since it'll copy Dance moves for free. Meaning every use of Quiver Dance or Fiery Dance, Oricorio will follow suit. Bug Buzz yields STAB and Tera Blast is for when you Tera into Water for Rock/Fire types. Heavy Duty Boots will help with entry Hazards.

Gallade is the next team pick and he's one of my favorites in Gen 9 due to Sharpness. Similar build as previous team suggestion with only difference being Tera Type. Tera Type is player preference but I recommend Water for Aqua Cutter and Water being one of the best types.

Garchomp is the Pseudo-Legendary anchor and is one of the best Pokémon in the game. Same setup as previous suggestion with Leftovers to keep him alive and synergizes well with Steel Tera Type to cover Ice + Fairy.

Final member is Glimmora and serves two roles. First role is to set Traps with Toxic Debris and Stealth Rock while the second is to deal with opposing Fire, Flying, Grass and Fairy types(big emphasis on Fairy). Tera Type in Grass powers up Energy Ball and counters opposing Water, Rock and Ground types.

As I've said before, the above team is not meant for Competitive play but I think it meshes better than the first one I submitted. Volcarona and Oricorio in particular should give you a lot of enjoyment due to Oricorio's Dancer Ability. Being able to attack three times is nothing short of scary.
