Why cant you transfer Zygarde, Yveltal, and Xerneas into S/V?

    they got rid of the national dex gen 8 meaning that any game after ultra sun and ultra moon were limited only to Pokemon that were in the game

    Oh. I had heard that you could do that in gen 7, and was really stoked to transfer a gen 8 Tyrantrum into gen 9, but realized that you couldn't do that. But why can you transfer regional forms and every legendary and mythical EXCEPT those three?

    because the dlc let you catch all the others and palkia and dialga were event exclusive so were mewtwo and mew

    But majority of the mythicals are not in sv code I think

    yeah you can transfer them since those Pokémon are in the games code

    I think Pokemon didn't want a 4th generation in a row (wow, I'm old) dominated by fairy type restricted legends in VGC.
