  1. Lack of Feedback Mechanisms.
    There should be a way in-app to provide feedback. It’s in soft-launch, this is the perfect time to be collecting opinions and these forums have insignificant traffic.
  2. Unable to Delete Friends
    Self-explanatory.
  3. Overly Restrictive
    Users are not only restricted by the amount of shop tickets they can receive per 24h, but additionally limited to how many tickets they can spend. At this time, there is a limit to how many hourglasses you can purchase. Furthermore, it is unclear how long you are restricted from purchasing them again (does not refresh after 24h). This results in unhappy users with dozens of tickets or more, unable to use them for anything until an undetermined amount of time has passed. There needs to be a clear countdown timer on these items, and I hope it’s closer to 48h than a month.
