Deals in deck not realistic and game freezing up.

Honestly this games is ridiculously unfare. I have 10 basic Pokemon, 11 energy, several item cards that allow me to draw pokemon, several support cards that allows me to draw again, however I'll go on 4 or 5 games in a row they I will only draw 1 Pokemon or no energy and lose on the first turn. I play Pokemon in person and I never get the draws I do in this game. I could understand maybe a few but the amount I get is absolutely ridiculous. On top that I have lost over 10 games in the past few days just by it freezing up or having a error. This issue should be looked at as every player I play when I do win it's because I out played them and always a close matche. Every opponent almost always gets the cards they need. I starting to think this game is rigged! Which is too bad for people that like the game.

Another 4 games streak of not drawing anything. This game not only takes the fun out of it but makes me not want to buy anything from you guys!!

Dude, 10 basic is still really low, the reason you aren't drawing any is that the computer is better at randomization, you drawing in the paper tcg is because humans aren't that good at being random, shuffling is never perfectly random.

actually the average is8 basic that isn't counting my stage 1 and 2 1/4 my deck is basic Pokemon so you have no idea what you are talking about. Also no computers are not better at randomization. Are you a employee? How to I get sometime from the game to respond?

Insulting me really isn't the best way to get help, but if you want to talk with an employee, then make a ticket.

No need to flag me either.

Your helpful daily PSA: No computer can do true randomization. And random doesn't mean uniform distribution.

You probably have some bit of selection bias only noticing the "bad" randomization when you lose first turn. But not knowing what algorithm Pokemon developers have chosen to use to perform deck shuffling, we will not know what they've done to make things feel not right.
