Noctowl bugged

Has happened twice now, both times on the mac client where I will evolve a hoothoot to noctowl and it will not prompt me to use Jewel Seeker.

    did you have a tera Pokemon in play?

    Sorry to Necro, this is still an issue apparently. Zard and Terapagos both in play and Klefki is locking the Noctowl's for some reason.
