Neutralization zone/Radiant Greninja possible bug

First time reporting a bug. I was just playing Great Tusk mill against Chien Pao with Radiant Greninja. I had neutralization zone in play and their Greninja was able to snipe all my basic non-rulebox pokemon (dunsparce, great tusk, tentacool). Am I misinterpreting the wording of NZ? Any help is appreciated.

Neutralization Zone only protects non-rulebox Pokémon against attacks from Pokémon ex and Pokémon V, not all rulebox Pokémon.

Reading the card instead of assuming the effect helps.

    A case study of a toxic person…

    In a Nutshell:

Person 1: ... Am I misinterpreting the wording of the card text? Help is appreciated.

Person 2: Read the card text instead of assuming stuff helps.

*The Person 1 also said it's their 1st post, so probably a relatively new player? or at minimum new to interact in the forum?
*The Person 2 also has gazillion posts, bad reputation, not very welcoming and curiously has Hog in its name
*Defenition of Hog: In British English, hog usually refers to a large male pig that has been castrated.

Cleary Person 1 after reading the card did not completetly understood it, but the Person 2 still tells them to read the card… but how reading the card again will help if they already said they maybe misinterpreting it…

After analysing part of Person 2 name, assuming they know its definition in British, we can now deduce where the toxic behaviour frustration cames from.
