Palafin ex bug

Hello I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature but I'm pretty sure it's a bug, palafin ex has the attack giga impact which can't be used twice in a row however if you retreat it and then bring it back to the active spot it can use it just like any other turn

Not a bug, rules specifically state that moving the active to the bench clears all conditions and effects from that Pokémon... that includes removing the effects of attacks like the Palafin ex attack.
