Was there a Sword/Shield section before?

I started my playthrough of Sword(expansions too. Went back to the story) and was wondering if the section was repurposed. Or was it hidden and another section was made for Sca/Vio? Was there ever a Gen 8 section on the main forums page?

I don’t think so I am pretty sure scarlet and violet were the first mainline games to have a section

I don't remember there ever being a section for SwSh. If there was one it was probably made a while before I joined the forums and got removed by the time I joined.

No. It seems like there wasn't one. But people here are more focused on spreading the love. So they wouldn't focus on talking about the forum's past, I guess.
