    Yeah, I have a number of Generations cards that are missing as well. No cards are in the available list. I had an issue yesterday too where I added a new code and didn't receive a pack to open either. Not good.

    Hello. I’d Like An Answer To Why I Had 110,000+ Cards On Pokémon TCG And After The Switch Over And Transfer I Have Like 2,000 Cards. I Invested A Lot Of Money On This Collection And It’s Pretty Much Gone..I’m Not Sure Who I Need To Speak With Or If I Should Get A Lawyer. I Need Some Answers.

    Yoo this I am missing all of my cards. I spent hundreds of dollars and hours on the regular online which was perfectly fine and they do this crap.

By default it'll only show Standard-legal. That said, the number of cards is always going to show as much less than on PTCGO for several reasons.

    • HGSS-era cards are gone.
    • All cards over the maximum number you can add to a deck are gone.
    • I believe that PTCGO counted each individual card while Live just counts the number of different cards you have.
    • If a card has multiple versions, they are stacked together and count as one.

Or by going to the shop, and choosing a specific (Sword & Shield, Scarlet & Violet only right now) expansion and view your collection.
