Mewtwo & Mew GX bugged

The ability Perfection [This Pokémon can use the attacks of any Pokémon EX or Pokémon GX on your bench or in your discard pile. (You still need the necessary Energy to use each Attack)] does not function when my Houndstone EX is either in my discard pile or on my bench if I have the required energy for either attack. I’m assuming it’s probably bugged with all new EX cards.
