How to fix "Loading data from server 9/44" freeze?

Mac User, asking for technical support. Game worked great. After logging out, quiting the app I tried to using it after some hours, but the game doesn't load. It's stuck at "loading data from server" screen.
Uninstalling and installing again doesn't change it.
Any help?
