New to modern day TCG, where do I start?

Hello, I just picked up TCG Live for the first time the other day and have been having a blast. I've been maining the Hisuian Zoroark VStar deckhand have been having a blast with it. I would like to try my hand at building a deck, but I have no idea where to start with that. Any suggestions?
