I think that Drifloon is the most messed up Pokemon because if a child grabs it the child is never seen again.

I think duskull is messed up, because it also steals children. Though, only when they're bad.

spiritomb it says that it has 108 souls which is pretty messed up to begin with but they were malicious spirits to making it worse that they are now this pokemon plus for you to even be able to catch this nightmare you have to talk to a lot of NPC collect 107 spirits or it might be a low encounter rate
