How do you post a picture?

I don’t understand how you post a picture in this so that people can see it. Can you help me?

You post a link of the picture using the [< >] icon in the bottom left corner of the box you type in

But how can you do it on mobile though? I'm just curious.

Most of the forums are pretty much the same on mobile and desktop, except for a few things. Like one time they removed quotes but only for desktop, and then a while later removed it on mobile too.
