Pokemon TCG Online Alpha/Beta user data loss

Please transfer the original Pokemon TCG online assets and unlocked items to the new Pokemon live app.

When I transferred my account to the new app, those items are now missing. I've had a lot of pride from being a user since the beginning.

I was a beta user for the Pokemon TCG online computer application. I was awarded special items on my account due to being an Alpha/Beta user.
