Which fan-favorite Pokémon are unavailable in and untransferable to Pokémon Scarlet and Violet?

I'm missing those tapu's (Tapu Koko, Tapu Lele, Tapu Bulu, and Tapu Fini), but they were to overpowered. The fairy type ruled over the competitive back then. Now the Paradox Pokémon are the problem (and I also look at Urshifu).

I miss Togekiss.

However I've got the feeling that in the next generation Pokémon (that will probably release in 2026 for the 30 anniversary for Pokémon might have a complete Pokédex.) I think this is because the reason we have a limited Pokédex is related to the limits of the Switch hardware and limited production time. And in 2026 the Switch successor will probably be out then.

It always feels like you lose a bit of personal connection when favorites are left out, especially when you've spent so much time with them in previous games. On the flip side, it does give us a chance to discover and appreciate new Pokémon. Perhaps it’s also an opportunity to bring those missing favorites to life in another form. For instance, creating pokemon dessin of those beloved characters could be a wonderful way to keep them close and integrate them into the new Pokémon experience, even if just artistically. This might even inspire some creative fan art and new stories within the community!
