Crobat Shadowy Envoy bug

Hello,
Playing Janine's Secret Art without attaching any energy does not trigger Crobats Shadowy Envoy ability.
Wording on the ability goes as follows: 'If you played Janine's Secret Art from your hand this turn…'.
There is no mention of having to attach any energy. It seems wording is also the same on the japanese version.
Looks like energy attachment being required is an unintentional behavior.

    I would like to add reproduction steps:
    - it only happens when there are no energy cards left in the deck.

    I also run into issue once where it didn't work after pal pading supporter back to the deck right after. But I am failing to reproduce it.
