Switching Ursaluna Bloodmoon out and back in bug

when a player uses Ursaluna Bloodmoon ex’s attack, they can use it again on the next turn with the same Pokémon if they switch it out and back in. (i.e. with two switching cards, or switching twice) This breaks the balance of the game, allowing the player to knock out Pokémon unexpectedly when they should not be able to.

Yes, it's not a bug... that's how it always was. Switching or retreating removes the effects of attacks on the active Pokemon.
Tons of Pokemon have had that type of atack effect for years, so doesn't break any balance... it forces you to move the Pokemon to be able to use the atack next turn, because usually it's a strong atack.
