Regidraggo vstar is bugged

idk if confusion is specific to a pokemon using a move that needs to have a base damage BUT Regidraggo vstar just goes through the confusion check without having to flip the coin and can just attack.

    No, but there is a bug that sometimes still shows a Pokemon as confused after you evolve. It is no longer confused tho it's a visual bug, not sure if that's the bug you are talking about.
