Can I reclaim points after my game froze

I was in a battle and the game looked like my opponent wasn’t playing. There’s no way to report inactivity but it kept counting down. It got to 15 minutes on my opponents side and suddenly they had 5 cards on the bench and I’d lost? It said my last card was a Pidgeotto but I hadn’t played anything because it was their first turn.
I took a screenshot of the battle log and it didn’t have any details of anything that happened after the last thing I saw actively was a roaring moon ex come onto the board.

Looks like connection related issues, but no you will not get your points back.

Imagine the total amount of points all playes lost because of similar issues, if you successfully reclamed back your points would be only fair that they would do the same to basically everyone... thats impossible.

Unfortunately the best you can do is to report the bug and move on like everyone else.

No. You care way too much about a few lost points that you might not have earned anyway. Also, you're the one who DC'd.

Of course I care, I lost my win streak because of a connection error. I might not have won, but to lose points over a connection is annoying. It should be considered a null game if the connection is lost. Also, how am I to know when the timer is still going and my opponent hasn’t done anything? It’s not happened to me before.

What happens if you try to not do anything for too long?
