Does Support Ever Respond To People?
I sent PTCGL support team an email with a few problems I encountered as I lost 1 Pokemon 151 pack and a bundle of 3 Twilight packs. This was well over a week ago and no response. Checked both my main emails and still nothing.

The best way to get a response it's by opening a ticket in their support page:https://support.pokemon.com/
At list both times I used it they did respond and got my problems solved... you should try it.

Pokémon Center support doesn’t work. They just ignore and don’t respond to tickets anymore. Idk how they get away with it…

Waste of time. Anymore it just annoys me everytime a mod answers in forums about a complaint or feedback from players and they ALWAYS give the same generic response…please submit a ticket to our support team. So you can waste your time emailing them back an forth for days an have nothing get resolved. Waste of time.
