SMOGON STANDOFF - Should DPP OU suspect No Guard, Dynamic Punch, or Machamp?

there was a big debate about this issue in smogon earlier this month, yet nothing has changed and machamp remained unbanned despite its controversial 100% accurate dynamicpunches and raw power
what does the official Pokemon forums think about the state of competitive DPP? is machamp or a separate part of it inherently uncompetitive? is there adequate counterplay? is it about time to make a change in the gen 4 metagame along with other luck based aspects like Jirachi?
