Need help updating Live.

I tried loading Live up, and it says it needs an update. When I click on the link, I get the error code 403. I have been using a VPN that has 3 different areas for Canada so not sure why this code is appearing and is beyond super frustrating.

    Hi @ccollette25! This problem can have some reasons to occur and because of that, I recommend that you open a ticket with our amazing support team. Please go to https://support.pokemon.com/ and then click the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live link. From there click "Contact Us".

    I don't know why you'd come to the official forums, admit that you're not in Canada, and expect help lol

    @ccollette25 Reddit? Either way, you have to change the "us" to "ca" with your VPN off, then after the page loads turn the VPN back on and click the link.
