I'm getting an "Pokemon TCG Live.exe has stopped working" error message.

Unfortunately, I continue to receive this message no matter how many times I try to start the program. I had it up earlier today but for some reason, now this message continues to be prompted. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the software. Under the window error title, it states: "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." This is followed by a [Close program] button. I'm unsure what to do or how to resolve this issue.
