Festival Lead does not work after using Tech Mach Devolution

The Festival Lead ability for Dipplin does not work if the first attack you use is a Tech Machine Devolution. The game will not allow you to make the second attack like it should.

That's how Technical Machine: Devolution atack it's suposed to work (yes it counts as an atack).

Each player in general can only atack once per turn, unless the card explicitly says you can perform adictional actions after the first atack, like Dialga VStar Star Chronos atack or Dipplin ability Festival Lead etc.

*not sure if explained well enough but in short, since Technical Machine: Devolution atack doesn't explicitly says that you can atack again (or perform any other action) means your turn ends after use it.

Dipplin’s ability reads “If Festival Grounds is in play, this Pokémon may use an attack it has twice (meaning the attack has to be printed on the Dipplin). If the first attack Knocks Out your opponent’s Active Pokémon, you may attack again after your opponent chooses a new Active Pokémon.” While it had access to Devolution, it didn’t actually have the attack. Something similar happened with Forest Seal Stone and Path to the Peak.

@Ravenclawed123 that is correct but the sequence posted by OP wan't like that... they said the 1st atack they used was Tech Machine Devolution, so they did devolved the opponent but then they think they should be able to atack again and that is incorrect.
