Code card redeem bug

I just logged on to try and redeem my code cards in live, but even when I am putting the correct code(s) in it won't accept the code and leave me where I started. I've also restarted the game and it still persists to not redeem my codes

Redeemed eight codes and have no reward...only said "redeemed" and when I cleared table they went away but they never said I got anything
