My opponent's water type pokemon received a 20 dmg reduction even though they had no energy attached.

    Experienced the same thing just now. Used Celebration Kyogre's Aqua Storm with Lake Acuity as the active stadium, I discarded two energies, but after moving the 2 100 damage counters around, Frosmoth only took 80. Missed the KO and lost the game.
