Dragapult EX ignoring Manaphy aqua veil

Dragapults attack of putting damage counters anywhere you want completely bypasses Manaphys ability which prevents damage from attacks to bench Pokemon.

    This is not a bug, read the wording of those cards, Manaphy doesn't block damage counters.

    Damage Counters are considered Effects. Regular Damage is not an effect. Dragapult's attack also would bypass Jirachi because Jirachi, while blocking effects of attacks, only protects against Basic Pokemon, not Evolution Pokemon. Currently, there are only 2 main ways to prevent Dragapult's attack from getting through. Using Mist Energy and attaching it to the pokemon you don't want to be affected by the attack's damage counters or by Temporal Force's Rabsca's ability.
