I hope in all rank we got 10 point reduction if we lose.

I just enter greninja level, but in great league point reduction is 20. I can't manage to progressing at all with 1 win and 1 lose or 2 lose in most of time.

Ranked is meant as a competitive mode, and so it's not designed for everyone to be able to reach the top of the ladder. For your rank to actually mean anything I think that the bare minimum that the game can ask of you in order to climb is a 50%+ winrate. If climbing only required a 33%+ winrate (20 points on win, -10 on loss) then anyone could reach Master league by just grinding games without really improving as a player.

If you can't progress due to not being able to maintain over a 50% win rate, it means that you're where you should be. This is ranked. If you lose more than you win then you're not ready to move up.
