"There was an issue loading POKEMON TCG LIVE. Please try again. ERROR CODE: 10010"

Game was working just yesterday, now I get this on main screen when loading up.

Tried reinstalling, same error.

Send halp.

    This problem can have many reasons to occur and because of that, I recommend for this instance you open a ticket with the support team. Please go to https://support.pokemon.com/ and then click the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live link. From there click "Contact Us". To make the process more simple, when contacting the support team, please send any screenshot or steps you have done prior to this error on your ticket.

    i did that. the support team is a pile of useless non-entities.

    Are you actually in Canada? They won't support you if not.

    YES. I am in Canada. I told them this over and over and they just keep trying to tell me I'm using a VPN. They sincerely do not care about my situation. i'd LOVE to meet one of them in person.

    After the way they've run this game and the issues they cant solve and the clear lack of common sense they exhibit, I for one am offended at the fact that they - and you - continue to assume and assert that I am lying.

    Did you completely uninstall the game and then completely reinstall it?

    @KOMEN I see... Maybe this is a silly question, but there's no way you actually do have a VPN on, but it changed your location to somewhere else, and that's causing Live to not open, is there?

    That's all anyone ever says is, "are you sure you're in Canada?" Pokemon Support Team didn't even try to verify with me, they just insisted that I must be using a VPN and told me they couldn't help me until full release. Bollocks. I pay for their product, I don't care if the game is free or not, the content sure ain't.

    I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

    Yes, I did uninstall and re-install.

    Still no solution, inquiry, or anything. Pokemon Team is trash.
