[Pokémon TCG Live] Maintenance Notice

Is it actually possible to delete support tickets?

If for example a request goes nowhere over the years and I give authorization to delete it. Whom should I reach to?

  You could log a ticket with Pokémon or ask them to remove it. In reality it will probably always exist in the back end even if you cant see it.
