I'm elite 4 member 2, and I was just wondering if I can have multiple psuedo legendaries on my team?

The lore behind my character is he travelled around the regions training and catching strong dragon types, so I thought it would be cool to have a psuedos from different regions on my team.

@Jokemon811 i think if you are elite 4, you may can have a fully evolved starter and 1 pseudo. But ask @clasingla for the answer.

Should we make Fakemon and Fakemon Legendaries for this story? (please say yes, I have no ideas but it would be so cool. I might even draw them eventually. Please)
If anyone wants to I could even draw a character or a few if I'm given a good description or reference of how they look, since I've been practicing how to draw and design characters in the Pokémon artstyle and I think I'm somewhat good at it now (I can't draw digital art though so if I send an image it'll be a photo of a paper, and keep in mind I am still learning so I'm not very good at art).

Actually wait I have an idea what if we make a Pokémon based on a Macaw parrot. Macaws look super cool and somehow we don't have a Pokémon specifically based on one.

@clasingla I see people asking for legendaries, could I have a Genesect in the final battle? As it was a Pokemon experimented on by Team Plasma, and it fits me as being an ex Plasma Grunt, we could make up some problem like it was a really weak version of the species and Team Plasma tried to execute it?
