Do you prefer to play Pokemon as the Male or Female characters?
I used to choose the male design but nowadays you get more character customization if you choose the female, I was wondering about you're thoughts

I play as a male during my first playthrough, named after myself. Subsequent playthroughs vary, depending on what I feel like playing.
In the later games, female characters definitely had better customisation, but now Gamefreak seem to have embraced the body type A and body type B philosophy with Scarlet and Violet, everyone has access to the same limited options.

I'm a guy so I would play as a male protagonist usually.

I always choose male if I get the option, doesn't matter which game.

normally, being a dude, i would go as a male obviously, but i also like using female ONLY one roleplays.
i pretend that the female character that i use is the sister of the male character that i always use. for fun! but i always go for dude all the way in my gameplays1
