Please help - Error 10011

My app loads till 10/41 and then shows up with error 10011. I’ve tried everything, please help.

    I'm now having this problem as of Apr. 22 2024. Never seen this before. It gives zero information just the code

    Same. I redeemed 80+ codes on website but when I opened the app, now it gets stuck on error 10011 at 10/43 repeatedly

    Same issue here. Now when I go to load the game (I am on Android) it says, "we are aware of issues loading the game"
