Lucky Energy is Bugged

Every time lucky energy is activated, instead of drawing one card the player draws two-three cards.

Can confirm. Just played a game where my Blissey V was hit with an attack with only 1x lucky energy attached, but still drew 4 cards from the effect. I was so confused.

I've seen so many people using Blissey V and they draw tons of cards for some reason that do not add up to the exact # of lucky energies they have attached, like sometimes 3-4x more, it might have to do with the lucky energy being attached from the discard pile.
