Winning Experience Points Should Be Based on Prize Cards?

The game rewards users who win more prize cards, shouldn't conceding mean all 6 prize cards be awarded to the winner along experience points and other rewards.

Not really. There are two other ways to win as well, your opponent not being able to draw a card at the beginning of turn and knocking out their active Pokemon while they have none on the bench. Experience points should be based on a number of factors relating to this:
- How many prizes you took
- How many Pokemon you knocked out (can knock out for 0 prizes in certain cases)
- How many cards are left in your opponent's deck
And conceeding should just give you how ever many points you earn because there is no way to know which one was actually going to be your win condition.
