Arceus VStar - Bibarel - Boss bug

The scenario is
Arceus VStar in active with Double turbo energy, Water energy, and a Leafy Camo Poncho, Bibarel [Industrious Incisor] full art at the bench.

Boss's Order is activated to bring up Bibarel to active, Arceus VStar doesnt return to bench but instead stays in active with Bibarel artwork. Snorlax [Block] is active on opposing side so no retreat can happen. Arceus VStar can attack the next turn for 180. Temple of Sinnoh is activated and turn passed. Arceus Vstar can once again attack for 180, another Snorlax is brought up. Giacomo is used by the Snorlax player. Bibarel uses its ability and now moves from active to just hovering to the left of the screen.
