I noticed the moderators only post 1 of 3 recycled messages.

    honestly i think they have a list of prewritten messages where they can pick and choose which one is needed and they promoted a moderator called @Mod_Ginger to admin rank and would they promote a bot to admin rank?

    It's possible, but I would still think a moderator would occasionally type out a human response.

    I've promoted bots to admin before on Discord if I need the bot to have admin permissions to do something (still automated), so that could easily apply to the forum backend as well.
