    If you transfer Furfrou to Bank or even your box (depends on the generation), it loses its trim. So you can only get the regular form in Home since it can only be transferred from Bank, where it's always going to be the default form.

    So the only way to get a Furfrou form that isn't the default one is to transfer it from GO. Some forms are rarer than others too I think, so people often trade on Home's GTS for the other forms.

    Furfrou is a good Pokemon in base form, AMAZING in the Dandy Trim, and the rest of the trims kinda suck, for me at least.

    This is so ironic considering I got a Japanese Furfrou in my ultra moon wonderlocke, I gave it the pharoh trim and it’s currently on my team until I get traded a replacement

    Ever since the DLC era of Scarlet and Violet, I wanted to give Furfrou a helping hand on the assumption that Gen V remakes would close out the Switch lineup. Even with PLZA bringing Furfrou back by virtue of Kalos (and a likely chance for the remaining Pokemon to return, since they are part of the Kalos Dex), Furfrou has grown on me.
