Game freezes, timer goes to zero and I lose

As described in the title the game freezes regularly on the enemy's turn. We both can still emote for a while and I've waited 4 different times for the timer to reach 0 but nothing happens and I'm forced to close the game and accept the loss

Same thing happens to me all the time. Hopefully they can fix it soon.

Im having the same problem when I play against someone with that deck. They freeze and their timer keeps going, but even when it times out nothing happens. I keep losing ladder points and dropping due to my opponent freezing. Super frustrating since so many people use that deck.
