Mew V Max bug

When using Milktank, all attacks from opposing V Pokémon are supposed to not deal damage to Miltank. However, if the Mew V Max uses an attack from a non-V Pokémon, even though a V is using the attack, it will still damage Miltank.

Maybe it's an attack from a Pokemon that ignores abilities of the defending Pokemon? Happened to me with my Decidueye versus a Regidrago deck.
