Abyss Seeking and game timer

Hello everyone, I just played a game on TCG when I encountered a player use an Giratina, which is a pokemon with the Abyss Seeking ability. To hold this story short, that player got AFK during that ability, which requires for that player to pick a card from the abyss. I first tried to look for a report button but that did not exist, so that would be one thing to add, but then I started to notice that there is no AFK or timer during that stage of that players ability. After awhile I saw a personal game timer by the prize cards count on the right, and though this player would get automatically lose when that runs out, but no. Nothing happens after waiting for over 16 min!!!
So after getting my hopes up u can either surrender or get unactive by tabing out from the game, and I did the last named, which led to me losing and the AFK player won the game.
I personally think this is something that needs to be fixed.
